1.200 bar, zero surprises at sea
Testing at 1,200 bar is rare in marine subcontracting. Metalcostruzioni’s test bench puts every pipe through extreme pressure testing before it is fitted on board.
It’s a level of quality assurance few suppliers can match, and it stops problems at sea before they can start.
Our flushing unit
Clean on the inside, before she sets sail
The flushing and test unit purifies the hydraulic oil throughout the entire onboard system, then runs a full performance check through to final acceptance. Every system is signed off with its own certification report.

Waterjet cutting, no compromises
Up to 300 mm thick, 6,200 bar
The metal fabrication division runs a 6 × 4 m waterjet table with two independent cutting heads, one for standard vertical cuts and one for bevel cuts, both powered by a 6,200-bar pump. It’s a cold cutting process: an ultra-high-pressure jet of water mixed with abrasive cuts through the material without altering its chemical or physical properties.
The machine can cut any material except tempered glass.
With a cutting capacity of up to 300 mm, a bevel head for angled profiles and a 6 × 4 m bed, it handles the large-format parts typical of marine structures.

Serving shipyards, yacht owners and onboard engineers alike, our range covers valves, fittings, filters, flexible hoses and everything else needed in the engine room and beyond.
